Residential Children’s Support Worker – Therapeutic Care

Keys is seeking a Residential Support Worker for our Children’s Homes in the St-Georges-Super-Ely area. This role focuses on therapeutic care and creating a safe, loving home environment for young people, with shift work including sleep-ins.

You will be part of a family-style team led by a registered manager, providing emotional and practical support, coaching daily living skills, and encouraging hobbies and interests. Prior care experience and a driving licence are essential.
