Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Care Assistant to cover multiple homes within a 20-mile radius, including Lawton Rise, Lawton Manor and Hilderstone Hall. This regional role involves mixed days and nights, delivering compassionate elderly care and supporting residents to live well.
You will monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care planning, and record observations (temperature, blood pressure) while travelling between sites.
