In-Home Rapid Response Care Assistant – Flexible Hours

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Health Care Support Worker for the Rapid Response & Intermediate Care team based in Marlow. You will provide personal and rehabilitative care in patients’ homes, working to avoid hospital admissions and support timely discharge.

The role requires a friendly, capable team player with good communication, and a willingness to work towards Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications. A full UK driving licence and car for work are essential.
