Support worker required to cover sick leave hours are between 8.30am – 3.30pm and one weekend in 3.
To provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred support to residents living in supported accommodation. You will help individuals maintain their tenancy, develop independent living skills, access community services, and work towards personal recovery and greater independence. Residents may include people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, learning disabilities.
