Educational Occupational Therapist: Growth & Research

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Manor House School in West Sussex. You will provide bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs, working within a multidisciplinary clinical team in an educational setting.

The role offers 40 hours per week, permanent contract, and a salary up to £53,200 DOE, with a £2,000 CPD training allowance after probation, and a supportive environment focused on pupil outcomes.
