Autism Support TA – Calm 1:1 Impact & Free Training

Protocol Education Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a patient and understanding Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in a specialist setting. You’ll help create a structured, predictable environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and able to engage in their learning.

Experience with autism or SEND, a calm and consistent approach, and strong teamwork are essential. Roles start in September, November, or January, with ongoing support and training provided.
