Residential Support Worker – Flexible Shifts (Mental Health)

Birmingham Mind is seeking a Residential Support Worker to assist adults with mental health difficulties in a care home setting. You will deliver person-centred recovery support, helping residents live more independently in the community.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts Monday through Sunday and to undertake sleep-in duties with an additional allowance. We value empathy, good listening, and the ability to respond quickly to changing needs.
