Recovery Navigator: Intensive 1:1 Mental Health Support

Second Step is seeking an IOS Recovery Navigator to provide short-term, intensive psychosocial support for people being discharged from AWP Intensive Services back to GP care. You will manage a caseload of up to six clients and work with intensive teams to develop formulations and safety plans.

The role emphasizes client-centred approaches, collaboration, and trauma-informed practice, with flexible, blended working arrangements and access to clinical psychologist input.
