Senior Care & Support Lead – Isle of Wight

Southern Housing is seeking a Senior Care & Support Worker to lead and support the staff team while delivering person-centred care to residents on the Isle of Wight.

Based at Ryde Village or other schemes, the role combines hands-on care with leadership, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends and on-call duties. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) and strong safeguarding knowledge.
