Courtroom Operations & Public Service Officer

HM Courts & Tribunals Service in Milton Keynes is seeking an Operational Support Officer to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to court and tribunal users. Based mainly in the courtroom, you will handle case progression, prepare papers, update records digitally, and communicate with the public, judiciary and other agencies to keep proceedings running smoothly.
