Impactful Social Worker: Learning Disabilities & Autism

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting a motivated and experienced Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities & Autism (LD&A) team within Adult Social Care.

You will undertake strengths-based Care Act assessments, care planning, and reviews with adults who have learning disabilities or autism, promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. You’ll work with partners to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
