Delivery Driver Trainer & Operations Coach

AO.com is seeking a proactive Driver Trainer to oversee daily delivery and installation runs at the Cranbourne depot and surrounding area. The role ensures on‑time customer deliveries, roadworthy vehicles, and compliant operations under direction of the Depot Manager.

The position is a 12-month FTC, 40 hours per week with flexible start/finish times, based at Potters Bar. You will support drivers and collaborate with Quality and People teams to uphold service standards.
