Part-Time Resident Service Desk Advisor

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Corporate Customer Team in the ACE Directorate. You will join a friendly, supportive team in a busy contact centre, handling enquiries and providing information on a wide range of Council services.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining records accurately and resolving issues with empathy.
