Patient Care & Prescription Support Advisor

Eakin Healthcare is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Respond Healthcare team in the UK. The role focuses on processing prescription orders, handling customer inquiries, and delivering high-quality service to patients receiving home delivery of prescribed products.

The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week, with 7.5 hour shifts between 8:00 and 17:00, including 1 in 8 Saturdays (8:30–12:30).
