Your Opportunity
You’ll become one of the most important points of contact for patients considering treatment.
From the initial consultation through to treatment acceptance and completion, you’ll be responsible for creating a seamless, personalised and premium patient journey.
You’ll work closely with experienced clinicians, helping patients understand their options, overcome concerns and feel confident moving forward with their treatment.
A High-Value Treatment Portfolio
You’ll coordinate treatment across:
- Dental Implants
- Orthodontics
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- General Dentistry
With a strong focus on implants and orthodontics, you’ll be speaking with patients about significant treatment plans, so confidence and strong dental knowledge are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct treatment consultations
- Present treatment options confidently
- Explain complex implant and orthodontic treatment
- Build trust with prospective and existing patients
- Follow up treatment plans and enquiries
- Support patients through their decision-making process
- Maximise treatment acceptance and conversion
- Manage patient journeys from consultation through to treatment
- Work closely with clinicians to coordinate treatment
- Achieve and exceed KPIs
- Contribute towards the commercial growth of the practice
- Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience
Working Pattern
Monday–Saturday | 8:45am–5:45pm
- Alternate Saturdays
- Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
- Permanent, full-time position
Who We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Extensive knowledge of dental implants and orthodontics
- Confident discussing high-value treatment
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Naturally enthusiastic and personable
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Highly organised and proactive
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient journey
Desirable
- GDC Registered
- Previous Dental Nursing experience
- 5+ years’ private practice TCO experience
- Experience using Dentally
