Job Description
We are looking for experienced Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Farnham on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or warehouse experience who is comfortable working night shifts.
What’s on Offer
- £17.00 per hour
- Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Temporary position
- Full-time hours
- Working within a busy manufacturing environment
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Assembling and preparing products to the required standard
- Following production processes and instructions
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting other areas of the production operation when required
Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is essential
- Comfortable working a permanent night shift
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and production procedures
- Good team-working skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and hands‑on, with previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. You will need to be comfortable working nights and able to consistently meet production and quality standards.
