Bakery Customer Assistant: Early Mornings, Fast-Paced Service

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section. You’ll be on the shop floor early mornings, delivering fresh product and five-star service to customers. The role requires energy, precision, and a willingness to work across the bakery and store floor to meet demand.

You will work 04:00–08:00 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours between 22:00–06:00. Applicants must be 18 or older due to equipment safety.
