Guest Experience Associate – Hospitality & Events

Kew Green Hotels is hiring Guest Service Assistants to welcome guests and support all guest-facing areas, from reception to food and beverage. You’ll receive full training and join a program focused on guest care, service excellence, and brand standards.

You’ll work across reception, restaurant, bars, and events, building relationships with guests and delivering outstanding service in every shift. This is an on-site hospitality role in Leeds with training and development.
