Registration Services Apprentice – Customer Care

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is offering a 15-month apprenticeship in Registration Services. You will perform customer-facing admin for births, deaths, marriages, and memorial services, handling enquiries, data input and document production.

You’ll work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, interact with the public daily, assist with cash handling and invoicing, and support colleagues in a fast-paced council environment while completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
