Graduate Property Manager

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Junior Property Manager on behalf of a leading property business based in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a property graduate or an individual with some property-related experience to develop their career within commercial property management. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including shopping centres, while receiving ongoing support and training.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Assist with tenant and landlord communications.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and property inspections.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
• Assist with service charge administration and budget monitoring.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Support lease administration and general property management activities.
• Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Property, Real Estate, Surveying or a related discipline; or previous experience within property, facilities management, factoring or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
