Resident Services Coordinator — Part-Time On-Call

March Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Property Manager/Resident Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of an independent living community in Byfleet. You will deputise for the Manager, participate in an on-call rota, and ensure residents live in a safe, welcoming environment.

Part-Time role: 16.5 hours across Wednesday to Friday. You will assist with arrivals/departures, monitor estate safety, coordinate repairs, and maintain records while supporting residents’ wellbeing
