Head Chef — Private Members’ Club (Mon–Fri, 37.5h)

The Head Chef role at a prestigious private members’ club in London offers creative control over a full menu with a British produce focus and a Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour week.

You will lead a 12-strong kitchen team, maintain 2 Rosette-level standards, manage GP and labour, and work closely with the Chief Executive as part of the senior leadership. This is a senior role with direct access to the Chief Executive, excellent career progression and a supportive environment.
