We area fast paced Bar & Restaurant serving Food and Drink all day airside(through airport security) in Edinburgh Airport. - Ensuringall food safety regulations are delivered
- Maintaina positive and professional approach to the role and colleagues
- Trainingand coaching commis chefs and kitchen assistants
- Managingyour station through service, ensuring a high standard is maintainedthroughout service
Qualifications andSkills
- Experiencein a busy kitchen would be preferred but not essential.
- Astrong understanding of the English language is crucial.
