Guest Experience Associate – Front Desk & Breakfast

Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour) is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll handle guest questions and help keep public areas tidy while supporting teammates across the hotel.

You’ll work evenings and weekends as part of a permanent contract with 20 guaranteed hours per week. No hotel experience is required; friendly, helpful people who enjoy customer service will fit in well.
