Back-of-House Operations Lead: Team, Compliance & Cost Control

Legends Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a Back of House Manager to lead all BOH operations across our venue, ensuring efficient, safe and compliant delivery of services. You will oversee kitchen support and pot wash teams, stock management, labour scheduling and equipment maintenance.

Working closely with Front of House, Culinary and Senior Management teams, you will drive operational excellence, cost control and compliance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
