SEMH Behaviour Support Officer – 1:1 & Small Group Mentoring

TeacherActive is working with a specialist SEMH primary school in Birmingham to recruit a Behaviour Support Officer for a full-time, long-term placement with an immediate start. You will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, support learning and behaviour in and outside the classroom, and contribute to individual behaviour support plans.

The role requires experience supporting children with SEMH, delivering behaviour support in education, and a resilient, positive approach.
