Aimbridge EMEA, part of the Aimbridge Hospitality group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty at Mercure Cardiff Hotel in Cardiff. You will supervise demi-chef de parties and commis, support the sous and head chefs, and help develop menus while upholding top hygiene and safety standards.

You will monitor portions and waste to protect margins and contribute to the kitchen’s success and guest experience.
