Estate Caretaker — Flexible Hours & On-site Services

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an Estates Caretaker to maintain cleanliness and caretaking across residential estates in High Wycombe. This permanent, full-time role follows Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 4:30 pm.

You will clean communal areas, manage waste and bin rooms, assist with winter grit/snow duties, and report tenancy or property issues. A valid UK driving licence (manual) and a basic DBS check are required; generous benefits are included.
