The Horses in London is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our new opening in Farringdon, opening August 2026, delivering rustic Italian dishes with pride and care. You will work across kitchen sections, lead by example, maintain cleanliness, help with stock and training, and contribute to seasonal menus while upholding our standards of sustainability and teamwork.
