Head Chef & Kitchen Manager — High-Volume Dining

The Kings Arms in Berkhamsted is seeking a confident Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen and elevate every dish. You will drive high-standards, inspire a team and deliver exceptional hospitality in a lively pub setting.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor your chefs, plan rotas, control costs and ensure food safety. If you have at least a year in a senior kitchen role and a passion for quality meat and great presentation, we’d love to hear from you.
