Responsibilities
- Assistwith the preparation and order of service for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
- Superviseand support a small team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitorstock levels and manage ordering within your section.
- Maintainexceptional attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborateeffectively with the team, demonstrating strong organisational andcommunication skills.
- Upholdthe highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
