Assistant Shop Manager: Lead Visuals & Customer Experience

Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Dalgety Bay shop. This part-time role (15 hours per week) focuses on elevating visual standards, maximising income through excellent customer service, and leading a strong volunteer team in a busy retail environment.

You will oversee stock processes, merchandising, and store operations while being a brand ambassador for CHAS, promoting our mission and charitable giving.
