Community Support Specialist – Mental Health & Inclusion

Imagine Independence is seeking a committed support worker to assist individuals with budgeting, tenancy management, domestic tasks and community access. You will work as part of a team to support someone recently discharged from secure services with complex mental health needs.

The role emphasises person-centred care in a therapeutically driven setting, with a focus on social inclusion, companionship and empowering the individual on their recovery journey.
