Domiciliary Caregiver / Care Assistant – LEEDS
Optimum Care (Nottm) Ltd is recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to provide domiciliary care to people in their own homes across West Yorkshire. Much of our work involves palliative and end-of-life care. Responsibilities include personal care, washing and dressing, continence care, oral care, repositioning, mobility support, food and fluid support, medication support within training and competency, companionship, monitoring changes in a person’s condition, accurate care-record completion, safeguarding and working with families and health and social care professionals. Staff will travel between service users’ homes and must provide respectful, person-centred care that protects each person’s dignity, privacy, comfort and choices.
