School Front Desk & Safeguarding Liaison

Marchant Recruitment is recruiting a School Receptionist for a busy secondary academy in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents and the wider community, delivering a welcoming service while upholding safeguarding and administration standards.

Based in a high-traffic reception, you will manage a switchboard and main email, support SIMS records, track attendance, and liaise with families to reflect the academy’s values of ambition and inclusivity.
