We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Evening Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors and customers. This is a temporary evening role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can follow cleaning schedules and is happy working independently or as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchens, communal areas, workspaces and other designated areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely, including recycling where required.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels.
• Wipe down surfaces, doors, fixtures, fittings and touchpoints to maintain hygiene standards.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in line with instructions.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, shortages or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Follow cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety guidance.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ previous cleaning experience is required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work the agreed evening hours.
• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to cleaning tasks.
• Able to work independently and complete duties within set timeframes.
• Comfortable following instructions, cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures.
• Professional, respectful and discreet when working around staff, visitors or customers.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Evening hours that may suit other daytime commitments.
• Supportive working environment.
• Training provided on site cleaning standards, safe use of cleaning products, equipment handling and daily cleaning procedures.
