As aTrade Counter Assistant based inDungannon, you’ll be responsiblefor:
Assistingcustomers on the trade counter by understanding their specificneeds and providing product advice andrecommendations
Proactivelyengaging with both new and existing customers to maximise salesopportunities and build strong customerrelationships.
Handlingcustomer phone calls and emails with a positive and proactiveapproach, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptionalcustomer service.
Carryingout general warehouse duties, including picking and packingcustomer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our systemand put away in the warehouse which will involve manual handlingheavy stock i.e. toilets, sinks, boilers &radiators
Thisis a full-time, permanent, role working 42.50 hours per week Monday– Wednesday 07.30am – 5.00pm, Thursday 07.30am – 8.00pm (on a rotabasis), Friday 07.30am –4.00pm.
