Head of Operations : Cleaning / Soft Services
London / South East A GBP 75,000 : A GBP 80,000 + Profit Share
Were working with a highly regarded, specialist cleaning business that has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high:quality services across corporate and commercial environments. The business is growing, ambitious and entering an exciting next phase, and theyre now looking for a senior operational leader who can help take the business to the next level.
This is a role for someone who wants real influence, real responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Working closely with the senior leadership team, youll take a leading role across the operational side of the business. Youll provide direction, develop the existing management structure and ensure the business continues to deliver an outstanding service to its clients.
Youll also be expected to get involved when needed. This is a hands:on leadership position where visibility, relationships and being close to the operation really matter.
Youll Be Involved In
- Leading and developing the operational function
- Supporting and developing operational managers
- Building strong, long:term client relationships
- Driving service quality, performance and accountability
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Supporting the continued growth of the business
- Developing talent and strengthening the wider management team
- Working closely with the wider senior leadership team
- Taking ownership of challenges and finding practical solutions
Youll Be
- An experienced leader within commercial cleaning, soft services or FM
- A strong people manager who knows how to get the best from different personalities
- Commercially minded and comfortable having conversations with senior clients
- Confident managing complex contracts and operational challenges
- Hands:on, resilient and willing to roll your sleeves up
- Someone who naturally builds relationships and earns trust
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, growing environment
