Senior Landscaping Site Manager – Residential (£65k-£70k)

Construction is seeking a Site Manager to lead the external works on a £45m residential project near Leatherhead, including hard and soft landscaping and drainage. You will manage subcontractors, ensure programme milestones are hit, and uphold safety and quality standards on site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping within medium to large scale residential builds, experience with main contractors or external specialists, and solid loyalty and length of service.
