What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for an operator who combines commercial nous, operational rigour and exceptional people leadership.

n

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience designing and implementing operational processes, standards and systems across multiple locations.
  • n

  • Experience selecting and implementing technology and automation within an operational environment.
  • n

  • A genuinely AI-first mindset and enthusiasm for finding smarter ways of working.
  • n

  • A strong understanding of health & safety, fire and compliance requirements in a multi-site environment.
  • n

  • Experience within hospitality, operational real estate, workspace or members' businesses would be advantageous.

The Person

n

More than anything, we're looking for someone who gets things done.

n

You will be:

n

    n

  • An exceptional people leader who knows how to hire, develop, motivate, delegate and, when necessary, make difficult decisions.
  • n

  • Extremely detail-oriented and passionate about operational standards.
  • n

  • Highly commercial and data-driven.
  • n

  • Obsessed with delivering an exceptional customer and member experience.
  • n

  • Comfortable with systems, technology and automation.
  • n

  • A driver rather than a passenger, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • n

  • Positive, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
  • n

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist.
  • n

  • Passionate about music, content and the wider creative industries.
  • n

n

n

Why Join?

n

This is an opportunity to join a category-defining business in the creative industries at a genuine inflection point.

n

You'll have the opportunity to:

n

    n

  • Report directly to the CEO and sit on the Senior Leadership Team.
  • n

  • Shape the operational strategy of a rapidly growing multi-site business.
  • n

  • Build and develop a high-performing operations function.
  • n

  • Have significant influence over future site openings and expansion.
  • n

  • Introduce new technology, AI and automation across the organisation.
  • n

  • Work alongside an ambitious and highly entrepreneurial founding team.
  • n

  • Receive competitive salary + equity, dependent on experience.
  • n

  • Access 20+ hours of studio time per month across music, content, podcast, photography and video-editing facilities.
  • n

  • Receive 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays, plus an additional day for every year of tenure.
  • n

n

If you're an experienced multi-site operations leader who thrives in fast-growth environments and wants to build something rather than simply maintain it, we'd love to hear from you.
