• Do you have previous contact experience, ideally working within Ecommerce?

n

• Have you worked with customers to process orders, handle queries and resolve complaints via phone, email and webchat?

n

• Do you enjoy working in a small busy team environment where customer service is a priority over KPIs?

n

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading online retailer and provide friendly, informative first point of contact support to customers. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential along with a confident phone manner, good technical knowledge as multiple systems are used, the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst maintaining standards.

Hours – 4 week days 9am – 5pm and Saturday 8am -3.30pm

n

n
