BRAND NEW ROLE | London | BIM / Revit | Major UK Hospital Project

We’re working with a leading international design practice that is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their London studio and become part of a large, multidisciplinary team delivering a major hospital project in the UK.
n
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a complex projects, coordinating teams, keeping models and information on track, and making sure BIM is working properly from design through delivery.

The Role
n
Coordinate BIM across a large, multidisciplinary project team
n
Manage and develop federated Revit models
n
Lead clash detection and digital coordination
n
Carry out model audits and QA/QC
n
Support ISO 19650, EIR and information management requirements
n
Manage workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
n
Support and train project teams in BIM processes and best practice
n
Help improve digital workflows, content and project delivery
n
n
n
What We’re Looking For
n
5+ years’ experience within an architectural, engineering or construction environment
n
Strong experience coordinating large-scale multidisciplinary BIM projects
n
Advanced Revit skills
n
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650
n
Experience with ACC and coordination tools such as Navisworks, Solibri or similar
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Experience on healthcare/hospital projects is highly desirable
n
