Endodontist & General Dentist — Patient Care Leader

Community Health Connections seeks a licensed dentist to perform endodontic procedures under local anesthesia. You will collaborate with staff and external providers, document all patient visits, and explain treatments to patients and guardians.

Compliance with DPH, OSHA, and HIPAA is required along with active participation in quality assurance. Applicants should hold DMD/DDS/BDS, be licensed in Massachusetts, and provide evidence of Endodontics residency or advanced certificate.
