Head of Production – Food Manufacturing Leader (Onsite)

RE Recruitment is seeking a Head of Production for a fast-growing food manufacturing business in Cheltenham. The role is a full-time, permanently onsite position, leading production across multiple shifts and developing three Shift Managers while driving efficiency, safety and continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets, labour costs, yield, waste and KPIs, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with Food Safety, HACCP and BRCGS standards.
