Remote Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts & Advisory

Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking a UK-qualified Legal Counsel to support our international business on a broad range of commercial matters. The role is remote with a London office, and you will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on contracts and risk, and liaise with external counsel as needed.

You should have strong commercial contracts experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload independently while communicating effectively
