Global Head of Early Careers Development – 12-Month FTC

National Grid is seeking a Head of Early Careers Development to shape and deliver the global and UK early careers strategy, including the Global NG Graduate scheme, UK Industrial placements and US Interns. You will lead a team of 9 and drive measurable impact across BUs and Functions.

The role focuses on learning design, stakeholder engagement, strategic workforce planning and robust evaluation to ensure a high-quality pipeline of talent for the business over the next 5–10 years.
