Lead Software Engineer – Cloud-Native API & Platform

Gamma is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of Group Products, including OSS/BSS and UCaaS/CCaaS solutions. You’ll lead complex work across the platform, ensuring scalable, secure, high-performing systems while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.

You’ll collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to design secure APIs, review designs, and guide CI/CD and testing. Strong communication and leadership are key to success in this role.
