The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for aCommercial Contracts Solicitor (2–4 PQE)to join abusy, forward-thinking legal teambased in the Manchester.
This hybrid role (three days in the office) is ideal for asolicitorlooking to build strong hands‑on experience incommercial contracts, within a collaborative and fast‑paced and supportive environment.
You will play a key role in commercial negotiations and contract management, working closely with internal stakeholders and gaining exposure to high‑volume, business‑critical work.
The Role
As a Commercial Solicitor, you will:
- Draft, review and negotiate a broadrange ofcommercial contracts and agreements
- Work on a range of other legal matters
- Support fast‑moving commercial projects with practical, solutions‑focused legal advice
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice across contracts
About You
You will ideally be:
- Aqualified solicitor (England & Wales)or due to qualify imminently
- Between 2 -4 years’ PQE
- Experienced incommercial contracts, either through a training seat or post‑qualification role
- A clear communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
