Senior Service Management Lead – SLA/OLA Expert

Nottinghamshire Police is seeking a Service Management Lead to design and operate the Service Level Management processes for the Force. The role involves working with Senior Stakeholders, Business Users and Suppliers to define, agree and manage Service Agreements and underpinning contracts for IT services.

You will lead the development of the Service Management Tools, drive reporting and service metrics used in reviews and negotiations, and present management information at performance meetings.
