Carers First in the UK is seeking a Team Lead to support the Service Manager in delivering an innovative carer support service across (West) Essex. The role requires remote and community working, with occasional travel across areas, and active engagement with carers to shape services.

You will lead a remote team, foster continuous learning, identify gaps, develop new initiatives, manage safeguarding, and build partnerships with local organisations to improve outcomes for carers.
